Connected Salesforce to a live analytics layer that gives leadership real-time visibility into pipeline health, deal patterns, and territory coverage. Not a dashboard someone looks at once. A system that surfaces what needs attention and tells you what to do about it.
Built the system that tells sellers which accounts to focus on and why. Scans all target accounts daily, detects trigger events, and generates prioritized action lists with ready-to-send outreach.
Designed 10-day multi-channel cadences that generate persona-calibrated outreach for every contact in a buying committee. Email, LinkedIn, phone, and voice note copy, staggered across the committee so no two people get the same touch on the same day.
Built the connective tissue between tools. Designed a plugin architecture so GTM systems update once and push to every team. No manual setup, no version drift, no one running an old version of the playbook.
