While carrying a full enterprise sales quota at a healthcare CX platform, I built the GTM infrastructure that didn't exist. Custom CRM. Pipeline intelligence. Automated outbound. Account health scoring. Seller operating systems. All of it in production, all of it adopted without a mandate.
